Ben: SPICY WESTERN BURGER ½ lb. burger w/ fries. ½ lb. burger, medium rare with bacon, Canadian bacon, pepper jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion and pickles.

NOTES:
- very fresh ingredients
- excellent charbroiled flavor
- Canadian bacon gets a little lost with the bacon and cheese
- not really spicy as the name implies
- slightly overcooked for medium rare
- fries were a bit soggy
- couldn’t really taste the bbq sauce as much as I would have liked

- I loved this burger because I’ve never had Canadian bacon on a burger
- this would be a cool place to have a football party

Boomerang's Gourmet Burger Joint







Ben: BUILD YOUR OWN BURGER ½ lb. burger w/ garlic peppered fries. ½ lb. burger, medium rare, stuffed w/ bacon, sun-dried cranberries and cilantro and topped w/ gorgonzola cheese, tomato, lettuce and red onion on a bun w/ a side of creamed horseradish sauce.

NOTES:
- definitely a burger destination, one of the better burgers I’ve had
- interior could be a bit cooler, but staff was very friendly and service was very good
- build your own burger is best option with insane number of options and toppings
- if there was a choice of bun this burger could have possibly been the highest score thus far
- not overly high prices, as with most other build your own burger places
- medium rare was pretty rare for me, but still tasty
- very filling burger and amazing overall flavor
- not skimpy with the cheese and toppings
- fries were very good, many great side options on the menu
- numerous freshly made sauces available as well








James: BUILD YOUR OWN BURGER ½ lb. burger w/ red pepper crusted onion rings. ½ lb. burger, medium rare stuffed w/ jalapenos, roasted garlic and roasted red peppers, topped w/ gorgonzola cheese, tomato, lettuce and red onion on a bun w/ side of chipotle pepper sauce.

NOTES:
- this was definitely one of the best burgers I’ve mowed down lately
- the variety of burgers is almost infinite b/c you get your choice of stuffing your burger w/ 3 ingredients from a list that ranges from pineapple to bacon and everything in between…
- then you get to choose your cheese from about 8 different varieties including gorgonzola, which is the best cheese I’ve ever had on a burger and the first time I’ve ever had the option…
- then you get to choose a sauce…fuckin’ a, I gotta stop writing
- bun could be better though
