-good horseradish sauce
-Kangaroo a bit tough and slightly dry but cooked to order
-medium recommended for juicier meat
-The sides: Texas style beans were very good, had a bit of spice to them.

I suggest medium rare to rare to retain juiciness because it is such a lean meat. The pear was great and a novel addition, the bacon was a perfect compliment

NOTES:
I went with a plain burger or "non-crazy" burger just to use as a control. It was not the best burger, I think if you go to Crazy Burger you are better off getting a crazy burger, more attention seems to be paid to them. The one nice thing is they are very clear on the wellness of the burger, they tell you upfront what medium rare means in terms of meat color.
